Evermach vs. Lovable

Lovable is a great way to start a new web app by chatting with AI. When your app needs a professional team, bring it to Evermach: users and PMs ask for changes from inside your real app, an agent builds them in your GitHub repository, Drift Control™ keeps every change on course, and your engineers review and deploy.

Lovable

Lovable is an AI app builder that lets anyone create websites and web apps through chat, with hosting, database, and authentication built in. Projects start in Lovable and can sync to a new Git repository.

Evermach

Evermach is built for innovation teams and professional software engineers with a product in production. It starts from your users' vibes, and every change is built, validated, and attacked by separate models before it reaches you as a pull request.

Side by side

Built for
EvermachInnovation teams and professional software engineers with a product in production.
LovableAnyone building for the web, with “no technical knowledge needed.” Its persona pages target founders, product managers, designers, and other non-engineering teams.
Where work starts
EvermachYour end users, in a chat embedded in your product that asks them clarifying questions.
LovableA prompt from someone building in Lovable.
Capturing user vibes
EvermachEmbeds in your product wherever it's hosted. Conversations become Requests your team approves before anything is built.
LovableNo built-in way to collect feedback from your app's end users. Reviewers can comment on shared preview links.
Existing codebase
EvermachWorks in your GitHub repository, and every Request includes an analysis of the code it touches.
LovableCan't connect to an existing repository; Git sync always creates a new one. A ZIP import, still rolling out, rebuilds outside code on Lovable's stack.
Framework and backend
EvermachWorks with the code you already have. It never moves you to a new framework or backend.
LovableNew apps use TanStack Start with a PostgreSQL backend. Lovable doesn't offer a choice of framework or database.
Drift Control™
EvermachEvery Request is checked against your codebase, business strategy, and compliance frameworks before it's built, and UI work follows your Figma files and design guidelines.
LovableProject instructions and design systems guide what Lovable builds.
Review before your team sees it
EvermachIndependent code-review and adversarial security-review models, in a separate read-only sandbox, must come back clean.
LovableA Quick security scan runs on every publish, with an on-demand Deep scan. Most tests run when you ask for them.
What you receive
EvermachA pull request in your repository, or a draft that lists any unresolved findings.
LovableAn app published on Lovable, with commits synced directly to a branch of its repository.
Where your app runs
EvermachOn your own infrastructure. Evermach never hosts your app.
LovableLovable hosting by default. You can export the code and host it elsewhere.
Pricing model
EvermachOne credit balance shared across your organization. Conversations and Request drafting are free.
LovableMonthly plans priced by included credits, with unlimited members.

Built for innovation teams and professional software engineers

Three model layers between an idea and your main branch

Every approved Request is built, validated, and attacked by separate models before it reaches you as a pull request.

  1. Build

A builder model plans the change, has the plan checked for gaps, and implements it in an isolated sandbox on a branch of your repository.

  2. Validate

An independent model reviews the diff for correctness: logic errors, missed call sites, and untested paths.

  3. Attack

An adversarial model probes the same change for security vulnerabilities before it can reach your team.

  • Drift Control™ checks every Request against your codebase, business context, and compliance frameworks before it's built, and keeps UI work true to your design.
  • Reviewers see the goal, the plan, and the diff, never the builder's reasoning.
  • Reviews run read-only in a separate sandbox the builder can't touch.
  • A review that fails to finish counts as a failure, never a pass.
  • Blocking findings go back for fixes. Anything unresolved ships as a draft pull request that lists it.
  • Your engineers decide what to build and what to merge. Evermach never merges.

Which one fits your team?

Lovable is the better fit when…

  • You want to go from an idea to a live web app without engineers or infrastructure.
  • Non-engineering teams are building prototypes or internal tools, with IT controlling who can publish.
  • You prefer to iterate visually, editing a live preview and reverting changes in one click.

Evermach is the better fit when…

  • You already have a production codebase, and AI needs to work inside it rather than starting a new one.
  • Your engineers want pull requests to review, not commits pushed straight to a branch.
  • You want ideas to come straight from your end users, inside the product they already use.
  • You want every AI-written change independently validated and attacked before anyone on your team reviews it.

Frequently asked questions

Can Lovable work on our existing codebase?

Not directly. Lovable's documentation says you can't import an existing repository; connecting a project always creates a new one. A ZIP import, still rolling out, rebuilds outside code on Lovable's own stack. Evermach works inside the GitHub repository you already have and opens pull requests there.

Lovable has security scanning. How is Evermach different?

Lovable runs a Quick scan on every publish and offers an on-demand Deep scan, and notes that these don't replace a thorough security review. In Evermach, an adversarial security model reviews every change in a separate read-only sandbox, independent of the model that wrote it, before the pull request opens.

Can our end users send feedback through Lovable?

Lovable doesn't include a way to collect feedback from your app's end users, though you could prompt it to build a feedback form. Evermach's embedded chat captures user vibes, asks clarifying questions, and turns it into a Request your team approves.

How does pricing compare?

Lovable has a free plan, with Pro from $25 a month and Business from $50 a month, priced by included credits; build work uses more credits as tasks get more complex. In Evermach, widget conversations and Request drafting are always free, one credit balance is shared across your organization, and seats, projects, users, and drafts are unlimited. You can also self-host Evermach and bring your own model keys. We share plan details during your demo.

Can we bring our Lovable app to Evermach?

Yes. Our self-serve migration guide walks you through moving your code to a GitHub repository you own, your database and hosting to your own cloud, and then connecting Evermach and installing the widget.

Can we use Lovable and Evermach together?

Yes. Lovable is well suited to prototyping a new web app; Evermach builds approved changes into the product you already run in production.
